7. Start-up
Use as slave device
• Press the ESC button (5) until A001 or a different DMX start address is displayed.
• Press the ENTER button (8). A flashes in the display.
• Select the DMX start address A001 using the UP button (6) or the DOWN button (7).
• Press the ENTER button (8) to save your changes.
Use with an external DMX controller
Each DMX device in a DMX chain requires a so-called DMX start address to be clearly identified by the controller.
This DMX start address specifies the first DMX channel to which the effect light responds. The remaining control
channels come after this first DMX channel (DMX start address).
The effect light requires 10 DMX channels.
Setting the DMX start address
• Press the ESC button (5) until A001 or a different DMX start address is displayed. You can specify start addresses
from A001 to A512.
• Press the ENTER button (8). A flashes in the display.
• Select the desired DMX start address using the UP button (6) or the DOWN button (7).
• Press the ENTER button (8) to save your changes.
