System settings
Use this function to:
start or delete voice control individu-
alization
activate/deactivate the voice control
help window

Open the System menu ( page 224).

The Voice Control menu appears.

The status list shows you whether the
help window is activated or deacti-
vated.

Individualization
The individualization function is used to
adapt the voice control to your own
voice and to therefore improve the
speech recognition. This does not affect
speech recognition of other users. The in-
dividualization function can only be acti-
vated from the driver’s seat, as this is
where the microphone is.
Voice control settings

While the help window can be called
up and individualization data can be
deleted, operation of voice control
using spoken commands is only possi-
ble from the driver’s seat in the front
cabin.
