Setting Bass / Treble
Individual R/L settings of bass and treble
are provided for the following operation
modes:
Radio operation (FM wave range)
Radio operation (AM wave range)
SAT operation
CD operation (CD changer)
CD operation (Single CD)
MP3 operation
AUX operation
TV operation
DVD operation
Navigation operation
Bass and treble settings for voice an-
nouncements are described under "Ad-
justing the acoustics for voice
announcements" (
page 115).
When adjusting the bass or treble set-
ting, the system automatically stores the
settings for the actual operation mode.
Calling up Bass or Treble menu
In Radio, CD or MP3 operation:
Use the selection wheel on the re-
mote control to select item
Bass
or
Treble
and press the selection wheel
to confirm.
Bass or Treble menu appears on the
display. Bass or treble can now be ad-
justed as desired (
page 220).
In TV, DVD, or AUX operation:
Turn the remote control’s selection
wheel if the menu items are faded-
out.
The menu items appear on the dis-
play.
Use the selection wheel on the re-
mote control to select item
Setting
and press the selection wheel to con-
firm.
The Settings menu appears on the
display.
Use the selection wheel on the re-
mote control to select item
Tone
and
press the selection wheel to confirm.
The Tone menu appears on the dis-
play.
Use the selection wheel on the re-
mote control to select item
Bass
or
Treble
and press the selection wheel
to confirm.
Bass or Treble menu appears on the
display. Bass and treble can now be
adjusted as desired (
page 220).
