The product does not work.
The battery is weak and needs to be
charged.

The battery should be charging, but
the control lamp does not light up.
The USB cable is not connected correctly.

Slide the plug until you feel some
resistance into the charging socket (

and the socket of the power source.
The plug socket is defective.

Try another plug socket.
There is no mains voltage.

Check the fuse of the electrical dis-
tributor (fuse box).
