Notes on Hygiene

The device should be cleaned before you use it for the

production residues may still be adhering to the surfaces. It is essential that you
follow the cleaning instructions in the “Cleaning and Storage” chapter.

Clean the device after each use to prevent germ formation (see the “Cleaning and
Storage” chapter).

1. Unpack all parts and check the items supplied for transport damage. If you

damage to the components, do not use them (!), but contact the customer service.
2. Manufacturing residues may still be adhering to the surface of the device. To pre-
vent any health hazards, clean the raclette grill plate, the hot stone, the little raclette
pans, the wooden spatulas, the fondue pot and the fondue forks thoroughly before
you
fi
rst use them (see the “Cleaning and Storage” chapter).
