two hours at room temperature before switching
on.
•
Take the unit out of the packaging and unwind
the power cord completely
•
Before connecting the unit to the mains,
make sure that unit operating voltage corre-
sponds to your home mains voltage.
•
Insert the plug into the socket, set the power
switch (2) to the «ON» position, the power
indicator (3) will light up red.
Note: When using the unit for the first time,
foreign smell can appear. It is normal.
•
Wait for a few minutes till the hair straightener
heats up.
•
After using set the power switch (2) to the
«OFF» position, the indicator (3) will go out.
•
Pull the plug out of the socket and let the unit
cool down completely.
Note:
Attention! The outer surface of the heating
plates heats up strongly! Take the unit body
by its handle (4) only.
Hair straightening
•
The hair straightener can be used for both
long and short hair.
•
For the best results the hair should be clean
and dry.
•
If your hair is dyed or permed, use the unit
rarely.
•
Insert the power plug into the socket and
switch the unit on.
•
Wait for a few minutes till the hair straightener
heats up.
•
Comb your hair thoroughly and divide it into
locks not wider than 4 cm each.
•
Take a hair lock near hair roots, place the lock
between the hot plates (1) and press them
together. Be careful, avoid contact with heat-
ed surfaces of the unit.
•
Wait for several seconds and slide the
straightener throughout the hair length,
slightly pressing the plates (1).
•
Press the heating plates at handle area only,
do not touch the unit body, body edges dur-
ing its operation.
•
Repeat the procedure till you finish straight-
ening your hair.
•
After finishing the procedure of hair straight-
ening, switch the unit off, unplug the unit and
wait till the unit cools down completely.
Cleaning and care
•
Before cleaning unplug the unit and let it cool
down completely.
•
Do not immerse the body, the power cord
and the power plug of the unit into water or
other liquids.
•
Wipe the outer surface of the body and the
heating plates (1) with a soft damp cloth.
•
Do not use abrasives and solvents to clean
the unit.
Storage
•
Let the unit cool down completely and make
sure that the unit body is clean and dry before
taking it away for storage.
•
You can use hanging loop (5) for unit storage.
•
Do not wind the power cord around the unit to
avoid cord damage.
•
Keep the unit away from children in a dry
cool place.
