5.3 Operating system versions tested
This list indicates the types of Operating Systems Maxtor tested during the compatibility testing process and
highlights the major OS manufacturers. Several variations of the major operating systems have been tested.
5.4 Compatibility test configurations
The Momentus drives have been tested to demonstrate compliance with ATA/ATAPI-6 in both the master drive
and slave drive positions. These tests were preformed to ensure the functionality to ATA/ATAPI-6 specifications
and the compatibility of Maxtor MobileMax drives with other ATA/ATAPI-6 compliant peripherals.
