Unable to connect to TV
If you are trying to connect the DVD player to an external screen
and you are either getting sound and no picture or picture and poor
sound you will be using an incorrect RCA cable. You will need a ‘4
pole 3.5mm to RCA cable’ which is available through our website.
If you don’t have an RCA input on your screen you may have to
purchase a RCA to SCART adaptor.
Testing the Remote Control
To test to see whether the remote control is working please turn on
the camera function on your phone. Point the remote to the lens and
press any button on the remote. If the remote can be seen flashing
on the phones screen then the remote is working and you will need
to contact the helpdesk for further assistance. If the remote can’t be
seen to flash then please try changing the battery. If a new battery
doesn’t solve the issue please contact our helpdesk for further
assistance.
Codec Issue
If you are unable to play a digital video format please try an
alternative converting or ripper program to create the AVI, DIVX or
MPEG4 file.
Please Note:
An MPEG4 codec is not MP4 codec. Check the file format before use.
