INSTALLATION
a) Make sure that all units to be installed are switched off.
b) Connect the sources and audio destinations according to the silk-screen printings on
the rear panel.
Remember that the audio inputs and outputs are balanced.
If the source to be connected to the
input has an unbalanced output,
connect the hot signal to the

a
input; connect the earth of the
signal and input
b
to GND.
Connect
the balanced audio outputs to
a system with active speakers or
to a stereo amplifier.
WARNING
If the speakers, or amplifier,
have an unbalanced input, use
outputs “a” and GND, thus
leaving output “b” free. In this
case, half of the output level is
lost.
c) Power up the equipment.
The unit will set up according to the
factory setup and to the inputs and
outputs with the same number or
according to the customized default
configuration,
or according to the last preset
recalled from the keypad,
computer or remote control.
