Installation & Operation - Junction Box Mounting:
1.
Unscrew the screws on the right side of the fixture
using a suitable Phillips screw driver. Separate the
male and female connectors connecting the driver
DC wires to the LEDs, then remove the reflector
from the back plate.
2.
Depending on the junction box (4" or 5"), drill four (4) 5.0mm holes in
locations indicated by A/B/C/D in the figure below to allow screws to
connect with the junction box. The purpose is to compress the
gasket not weight bearing holding the fixture to the wall. The 3
anchor bolts in # 4 are weight bearing to hold the fixture on the wall.
Unscrew the knockout (KO) plug from the center of the back plate.
3.
Run the main power supply wires from the
water-proof J-box through hole (H), then secure
the back plate to the water-proof J-box using four
(4) #8-32 screws and the four (4) holes drilled in
step 2.
4.
Drill three (3) holes in locations indicated by E/F/G. Fasten the
back plate to the wall with three (3) anchor bolts.
