Sani-Clean only accepts warranty work from its Authorized Dealers. (b)Provide proof
of purchase in the form of a Bill of Sale or receipted invoice: include copy of
the warranty. (c)Ship the unit freight prepaid, in either its original packaging
or packaging affording an equal degree of protection, to the authouized dealer they
purchased it from or an authorized Sani-Clean Service Center. Payment for return
shipping costs must be incluced as well.
All transportation charges and shipping expenses (to AND from warranty center) are
the purchaser's responsibility. Shipping insurance should be purchased if unit is
shipped. Sani-Clean Warranty Center or Service Dealer will return the unit by ground
shipping.
A unit returned for repairs that damage for which Sani-Clean is not responsible
or does not cover, will be repaired for a reasonable charge as determined by
Sani-Clean's authorized dealer or service center. Before service is rendered for
non warranty cases in that issue the customer will be notified of reasonable charge
amount before work is performed. There will be 3 attemps made to advise purchaser
of the cost of replacement before proceeding. If no contact, reply or no return
information is provided Sani-Clean or its representatives may dispose of the unit
and not be responsible for the unit if the customer has not paid or contacted Sani-Clean
or its representative.
