Do not use brake or transmission fluids, as they can
damage the seals.
1-YEAR REPAIR WARRANTY
This MAXIMUM product carries a one (1) year LIMITED warranty against defects in
workmanship and materials. This product is not guaranteed against wear or breakage
due to misuse and/or abuse.
The following are excluded from this 1-Year Repair Warranty:
a) Missing or damaged parts or components that are a result of abuse or misuse;
b) Any wear and tear to non-critical parts or accessories that do not affect the core
function of the product.

System Air Purge
Jack will not hold load
• Release valve not closing.
• Dirt in hydraulic jack oil or pump
valves not sealing.
• Refer to Air Purge section.
Lift arm will not lower
Jack feels spongy when lifting
• Cylinder ram binding.
• Release valve broken.
• Parts worn.
• See Air Purge section.
Problem
Problem, Cause and Solution
• Turn release valve counter-clockwise
one full turn to open.
• Pump handle eight full strokes.
• Turn release valve clockwise to closed
position.
• Pump handle until the lift arm reaches
maximum height and continue to pump
several times to remove trapped air in
the arm.
• Turn release valve counter-clockwise
one full turn to open and allow lift arm
to react.
• Close release valve and check for
proper pump action. It may be
necessary to perform the above more
than once to ensure air is evacuated
totally.
• Low oil level.
Jack will not lift to full height
