Let the appliance stand in its new environment for at least 24 hours before
plugging in the socket.

Control whether the rails within the blast chiller are placed correctly.

Next you can choose the desired temperature and set the timer.

We advise you to turn on the appliance before actual usage.

Place your container in the blast chiller and close the door.

Do not place products in the blast chiller with a higher temperature than 70ºC.

Do not place warm containers directly on the bottom of the appliance, place
them in the rails.

Do not place flammable or explosive products in the blast chiller.

Suggestion!
It is advised not to store the products that you want to put in the blast chiller
for a long time out in the open. The more moisture gets lost, the less we can guarantee
the products to be saved the right way.

Suggestion!
Do not place warm products in a turned off blast chiller.
•
Suggestion!
We advise you not to cover the containers (also not with foil). The best
result and time will be reached when the biggest possible surface is available.

Suggestion!
Do not place products completely against the back of the appliance, leave a
space of 5
– 10 cm.
•
Cooling a product from 70°C to 3°C is possible in 90 minutes. This applies for a
maximum of 20 Kg placed in the BLC 5 and a maximum of 40 Kg in the BLC 10.
•
Freezing a product from 70°C to -18°C is possible in 240 minutes. This applies for a
maximum of 15 Kg placed in the BLC 5 and a maximum of 28 Kg in the BLC 10.
•
When the appliance is not being used for a longer time, please remove the plug from the
main socket.
Cleaning and maintenance
•
Always remove the plug from the socket before any cleaning or maintenance is being
done to the appliance.
•
Never plug the appliance again in the socket within 10 minutes of removing.
•
The condenser needs to be cleaned on regular base. The condenser is located at the
back of the appliance underneath the back panel. You can remove the panel carefully by
unscrewing the screws. You can clean the condenser by using a brush (clean away all
dust) and replace the back panel when you are done.
•
Warning!
The condenser needs to be cleaned at least
once
per month.
•
Any other maintenance underneath the back panel should be performed by a certified
maintenance worker with usage of the original spare parts.
•
We advise you to clean the appliance daily.
