Troubleshooting
Many problems accessing data wirelessly from AirStash can be
solved by turning wireless off and back on again. For the most up-‐
to-‐date troubleshooting and device support information, see the
AirStash knowledge base at

I can’t connect to the AirStash network
I see low wireless signal strength once connected
My device is connected to the AirStash network, but files are very slow
to access and media does not stream consistently
Wireless reception may vary considerably depending on the
surrounding environment, other nearby wireless devices, and
any other sources of interference. If you’re having problems with
reception, first ensure that the AirStash and the device you’re
connecting to it are relatively close (within 2-‐3 feet, but no closer
than 6 inches). If this doesn’t help, try using the AirStash in a
different location, away from any sources of wireless
interference such as other WiFi networks, security systems, baby
monitors, microwave ovens, and cellular phones.
Wireless connection to the AirStash succeeds and files can be
accessed, but media does not stream
Check the format of the media file against the list of supported
formats for the device you’re streaming to. Media file details can
be found by opening the file using QuickTime Player and
selecting the inspector tool from the Window menu. For

Media does not stream to my device when accessing AirStash through
a web browser
