Ensure that the SIM card is correctly
installed.
“The phone
does not work,
the phone does
not charge
when plugged
in”
The phone might be switched off; to switch
on the phone, press the power on/off key
(red receiver) for about 3 seconds.
If you have not used the phone for a long
time, the battery might be “deeply-
discharged”; to recover a deeply-discharged
battery leave the charger plugged in,
although there is no image on the display
screen.
"Can you make
calls while
being abroad?" If the user is outside the country, the phone
automatically logs on to the foreign network
if ROAMING has been activated. Check with
your operator.
„Can I make an
emergency call
if there is no
reception or if
there are no
funds on my
account?”
If the phone is in the area with no network
reception, no phone calls can be made.
If you have so no funds available on the
account, emergency call to 112 can be
made.
"How can
coverage be
increased?"
If there is a message „Does not work” it
means there is no signal or no funds
available on your account. In such a case,
only making emergency calls to 112 will be
possible if the user is within the network of
other providers.
