To change the current time enter:

Phone settings> Time and date
. Apart from time and
date you may set the format of displayed time and date.

To change the language enter:
MENU > Settings >
Phone settings > Language
. Here you may set
separately menu language and writing language.
If you set the foreign language accidently, change the
language for relevant by pressing:
