7. In case of GPS navigation equipment, Maxcom
shall not be liable for any maps, including accuracy
of data provided by such maps. Maxcom is the
Manufacturer of the product only, and maps are
manufactured by companies involved in creating and
manufacturing maps for GPSs. Therefore, any
complaints addressed to the product Manufacturer
about maps will be dismissed.
8. A decision to possibly replace a product or issue a
cash refund will be made by the authorized service
or a seller after consulting the service.
9. Inaccurate information or illegibility on the
warranty card will void the card.
10. Seal tampering or damage to the serial numbers
shall void the warranty agreement for the products
purchased.
11. Warrant coverage shall not include cleaning,
maintenance, technical inspection; or technical
expertise issuance.
12. Maxcom S.A shall not be liable for loss of
software or data stored on the product while it is
being repaired. Making backup copies of software
and data is highly recommended.
13. The warranty shall not give the Buyer any right
to claim any account of profits arising from the
product defect/damage or profits lost due to losing
