WARRANTY REPLACEMENT PROCEDURES
1. Go to www.maxsmarthome.com/returns or Call
1-855–999-8139 (Toll Free)
to get a Return Authorization
Number (RA#) and shipping instructions.
2. Return the MAX Smart Home product, freight prepaid
to address provided in shipping instructions. Product
returned must have an RA# included.
3. The original purchaser will be asked to send the
product, a copy of the sales receipt for the product,
your name, address, phone number and a description
of the problem.

LIMITED ONE YEAR WARRANTY
MAX Smart Home warrants this product to be free of
defects in workmanship and/or materials for one
year from the date of purchase. If such defect
should arise during the one year period, MAX Smart
Home will, at its option, either repair or replace the
product without charge. This warranty does not cover
damage caused by lightning, accident, misuse, or
alterations to the product.
