2000-210 4-Point ChinStrap
Instructions for Use
Assembly - ChinStrap to Hard Hat Skirt
A. Grasp one side Short Front Strap Hook at its base and place
tip of the forefinger against back of Hook.
B. With Hook open side pointing to Hard Hat front, press Hook
on to Hard Hat Skirt Side Front Silver Rivet until it (audible)
clicks in place, securely.
C. Repeat for other side.
1. Securely grasp the female buckle in
one hand and the male buckle in the
other.

A. Grasp a ChinStrap Hook base between thumb
and forefinger.
B. Using force from the thumb, push Hook off Hard
Hat Skirt Rivet.
C. Repeat for all four ChinStrap Hooks.

Dis-Assembly - ChinStrap off Hard Hat Skirt
Assembly - Connect ChinStrap Buckle
Dis-Assembly - Dis-Connect ChinStrap Buckle
3. Press the buckles to-
gether until the audible
click indicates they are
securely connected.
2. Insert the male buckle
into the female buckle.
3. Pull the female and male buckle halves apart.
2. Depress the spring locks
on the female buckle with
the thumb and forefinger.
Adjust the Strap Lengths
1. Grasp one of the four straps by the adjustment buckle.
2. Push up on either strap leg from one side, and pull down on
opposite side to increase and decrease length as desired.
Repeat above A., B., and
C., for both side Long Rear
Strap Hooks, with Hook
opening facing Hard Hat
rear.
