ATTEMPT.  TO CLEAR A FLOODED ENGINE, PULL MIXTURE FULL LEAN
THROTTLE, CRANK WITH STARTER.  WHEN ENGINE STARTS, PULL THROTTLE TO 
IDLE AND EASE MIXTURE TO FULL RICH.
