3.3.2  Relay Configuration 

After unlocking the keyboard, navigate to Menu “

” and then “

In  The  first  line  the  relay  switching  channel  number  is  assigned  to  a  real  relay 
extension module relay output. This assignment must be unique. The default setting 
is  that  the  channels  are  numbered  consecutively  according  to  the  relays  on  the 
extension modules. 

The second line defines the channel type and if it can be manually switched or not. 

The following types of relay switching channels can be defined: 

auto 

The state of the channel is defined by the dayplans.

 

alarm 

The  channel  is  on  in  normal  operation,  in  case  of  alarm 
(short circuit on line or synchronisation alarm) it is switched 
off  to indicate a problem.

 

Summer 

The channel is on during summertime and off in wintertime. 

Winter 

The channel is on during wintertime and off in summertime. 

----- 

The channel has no automatic controlled function. 

 

The  setting  “

man

”  indicates  that  manual  switching  (see  chapter  3.3.4)  is  enabled,

“ means that it is disabled.
