9.8 LOWER STATIONARY HANDLEBAR REPLACEMENT
1) Remove the upper stationary handlebar on the side with a defective lower stationary handlebar as outlined in Section 9.7.
2) Remove the 2 screws holding the lower stationary handlebar to the rear stabilizer (Figure A).
3) This will allow you to remove the lower stationary handlebar from the unit (Figure B).
4) Reverse Steps 1-3 to install a new lower stationary handlebar.
