2.Install the Tool Organizer
WARNING!
● Mount tool rack on a flat and solid wall such as breeze block that is strong enough to hold fully
laden tool rack.
● The tool rack should be firmly secured to the wall in a suitable location with fixings provided.
● Keep children and unauthorised persons away from the storage area.
● DO NOT get the tool rack wet or use in damp or wet locations or areas where there is condensa
-
tion.
● DO NOT overload the tool rack when wall mounted.
● Ensure that the tool rack is properly and firmly assembled and installed before loading it.
Steps
● First,attach the two side panels to the bottom panel using two bolts and nuts per side.(Fig-2)
Note:
P3 should be located below P2, with the screw nut facing upwards, so as to leave enough space for
power tools or 4Ah battery packs.
P2 is a square with two round holes on each of three sides. The two sides with round holes should
face up and down respectively; at the same time, the remaining side (with round holes) should face
the wall, which is reserved for screws.
P2 is divided into two sections by the crossbar, and the shorter side should be below to make more
room for the second layer.
● Second,attach the two side panels to the top shelf using two bolts and nuts per side.(Fig-3)
Note:
P1 should be located below P2, with the screw nut facing upwards, in order to avoid items from
scratching out on both sides of the top;
The side of P1 with several round holes should be close to the wall, which is used to store the
screwdriver.
● Third, attach the two side panels to the middle shelf using two bolts and nuts per side.(Fig-4)
Note:
P4 should be higher than the middle beam of P2, and the nut should face down, so as to leave
enough space for power tools or 4Ah battery packs;
● Fourth, find the place where the tool rack is installed on the wall. It should not block your work.
(Fig-5)
Mark the wall with a pencil and a level. You need to draw four points and they will form a rectangle
(45.2"×5.5", 385mm×139mm).
● Fifth, use a cordless electric drill to drill at the marked position. The diameter of the drill bit should
be about 1/4" (7mm), and the depth of the hole should be no less than 1.5" (38mm). (Fig-6)
● Sixth, use a hammer to knock the
expansion rubber head plugs into the hole just punched;(Fig-7)
● Seventh, fix the power tool rack with a cordless drill and self-tapping screws.(Fig-8)
Maintenance
● Regularly check fixings and mountings are firmly fitted and that the rigidity and security of the rack
is not compromised.
● Regularly clean the dust on the power tool organizer;
● DO NOT clean the tool rack with any solvents or abrasives which may damage the coated surface.
● Do not use the product for purposes other than design;
