Step 4
: Slide the outer support
ring over the outside of the stool
legs and line-up the holes. Add
the 4 sleeved-bolts and Allen
screws to the 4 hole positions.
Step 5
: Tighten up all 8 Allen
screws.
Step 6
: Rotate the swivel-base

as shown in the image.
Step 7
: Place the swivel base
on top of the stool legs and
align the holes.
Step 8
: Place the bolt through
the top of the 4 holes and screw
the nut on the bottom and
tighten all the way.
Step 9
: Place the stool pad on
the ground as shown.
Step 10
: Place the swivel plate
over the 4 holes and insert the
machine screws through the
plate into the stool pad. Tighten
the screws to securely attach
the stool pad to the plate.
Step 11
: If needed, place shims
in side of the leg caps to level
the stool.
Step 12
: Place the leg caps
onto the bottom of the stool
legs.
