STEP 2

Use M6 x 15 screw (B2) x 4 pcs to fix the cabinet horizontal beam (29) to the cart. Then fix cushion 

rubber (A2) x 2 pcs to the beam. 
Note: Fix the M6 x 15 screw (B2) x 4 pcs to the cabinet side panel first (DO NOT tighten them now) 

and then hang the cabinet horizontal beam (29) to the screws. Finally tighten all of the screws. 
Make sure the hose and regulator is behind the beam.
