The Steamer O’WOK is compatible with cooking utensils of 12.5 inch / 32 cm diameter.
Ensure the correct position of the steamer and its lid on the cooking utensils to allow an optimized
steam circulation.

Mastrad designed the Steamer O’WOK with high-quality materials which comply with today’s food
standards. They do not interact with food and preserve ingredients’ nutritional and taste-related
qualities.
The resistance properties of stainless steel result in even distribution of heat.
The Steamer O’WOK has been designed for heavy daily use.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Before using, use a paper towel soaked in vegetable oil to apply a coat of oil to the entire
surface of the steamer. Rinse the steamer with hot water and dry. Repeating this seasoning
sequence from time to time will help protect your steamer and make it last longer.
To protect your steamer and prevent it from becoming damaged, always cook over MEDIUM
HEAT or low heat. NEVER EXCEED 2/3 OF THE POWER CAPACITY and NEVER USE THE
“BOOSTER” FEATURE on an induction cooktop.
WARNING: prolonged exposure of the steamer and its accessories to high temperatures will
cause discoloration.
