TROUBLESHOOTING

The motor does not start.
The battery is depleted.
Charge the battery pack.
The battery is overloaded.
Decrease the load on the tool
and restart the tool.
The battery is overheated.
Cool the battery and restart
the tool.
The blade binds, jams, or burns
the wood.
The blade is dull.
Replace the blade.
An improper blade is being
used.
Replace the blade.
The blade is warped.
Replace the blade.
The saw vibrates or shakes.
The blade is damaged.
Replace the blade.
The blade is loose.
Remove the blade and reinstall
it.
The base shoe is loose during the
operation.
Two locking screws of the base
shoe are not fully tightened.
Fully tighten two locking
screws. Refer to the “BASE
SHOE ADJUSTMENT” part for
detailed operation.
