CHARGING THE BATTERY
1.
Place the cordless screwdriver near a
120 V, 60 Hz electrical outlet.
2.
Insert the battery charger plug (1) into the
charger receptacle (2) in the handle of the
cordless screwdriver (3) (Fig. 1).

Plug the battery charger (4) into a
120 V 60 Hz wall receptacle. The RED
charging LED indicator light (5) will turn ON
when the battery is being charged.
NOTES: A new battery or one that is completely
exhausted should be charged for five hours.
After normal use, the battery should be fully
charged in about three hours.
PIVOTING HANDLE
To change the pivoting handle to the "in line"
position, press and hold the pivoting handle
release button (1) and rotate handle (2)
clockwise (Fig 2). Release the button and
continue to rotate the handle 180°. The release
button will lock the handle in the "in line" position
(3) when the handle is fully rotated 180°.
Reverse these actions to return the handle to
the pistol-grip configuration.
ROTATION DIRECTION SWITCH
Press the rotation direction switch (1) to the right
to make the spindle rotate counter-clockwise
(Fig. 3). Press the rotation direction switch to the
left to make the spindle turn clockwise.
NOTE: If the rotation direction switch is left in
the middle position, the tool will not operate.
TRIGGER SWITCH
Squeeze the trigger switch (2) to turn the tool
ON (Fig. 4). Release the trigger switch to turn
the tool OFF.
NOTE: If the rotation direction switch is left in
the middle position, the tool will not operate.
