Pull out the handle bar as Figure 2.

Find the knob, turn the knob for 3-4 circles, then pull out the knob, you can rotate the
seat to unfolding position as Figure 3.

Press the button under the seat, then you can take out reflector as Figure 4.
5.
Insert handle bar into the tube under seat, insert reflector meanwhile as Figure 5.
6.
Finally you can get an unfolding balance bike as Figure 7.

Repeat above 5-4-3-2-1 procedure, you can get a folding balance bike.
