Announcements about right usage
•
This product is a clean water centrifugal pump of single-step single-suction cantilever. Never use
it in the areas where the water is too deep or too shallow or rich in solid impurity substances.
•
Use this pump only for the clean water and farming water. Never use it for any other water or
liquid such as drinking water, muddy water, sea water, flammable liquid (petrol, kerosene, fuel oil,
heavy oil etc.) chemicals, acid / alkali liquid etc.
•
The exhaust gases contain harmful carbon monoxide. Please avoid running the engine in areas
without good ventilation such as indoors, plastic green houses, tunnels, underground caves etc.
•
Never touch the muffler or spark plug while the engine is in operation or immediately after
stopping the engine. Doing so could result in serious burns because of high temperature.
•
The working temperature should be within 50
o
C-60
o
C (centigrade). Otherwise, the water pump is
easy to damage.
•
Never use the pump where there is no water in it. Doing so could result in the damage of the
water pump.
•
Please use quality- proven motor oil for air-cooled 2 cycle engines. (ISO EGC, API TC series
standard model) Recommended mixing ratio of oil and gasoline 1:25

This product adopts high quality petrol motor as an engine, which has such features as strong
power, easy operation, steady work, safe use, light weight, well-knit structure, less noise, less fuel
consumption and long service.
•
The body and the impeller of the water pump are cast using advanced A-alloy metal mould, which
has such features as beautiful appearance, sealed and reliable joints, no leakage, few failures and
long service.
The preparations before starting engine
•
Before use, please check whether each part is loosened or there is any petrol dripping in the fuel
tank.
•
Before starting the machine, first press the oil bag at the bottom of the carburetor to make it full of
fuel.
•
Join the intake hose joint and the intake hose to the water pump. Second, refill water into the
delivery vent to make the intake hose and the water pump full of water. Finally, connect the
delivery hose joint and the delivery hose.
•
After the engine is running smoothly (steadily), press the engine with your left hand, and step the
base plate with your left foot. At the same time, pull out the starter handle with your right hand
gently in the beginning. Pull it out rapidly once you feel the force increases.
•
After the engine is started, turn on the throttle gradually and withdraw the throttle switch. Leave the
engine running for 1-2 minutes at low speed to heat the engine.
