1) If “       ”symbol appears, this indicated batteries 
    should be replaced.
2) Unscrew the instrument's battery cover and remove it
3) Replace batteries
4) Replace the battery cover and tighten screws

Note:

Be sure to note the battery polarity when replacing.

5.2 Test Leads Replacement

REPLACE THE TEST LEADS WITH IDENTICAL 
OR COMPATIBLE LEADS.  LEAD SPEC:
1000V 10A.

WARNING

Replace new leads if the current leads are worn.
