Massoth gewährt die gesetzlich vorgeschriebenen Garan-
tie- und Gewährleistungsansprüche. Verschleissteile sind
von der Garantieleistung ausgeschlossen, da diese Teile
einer natürlichen Abnutzung durch Gebrauch des
Gegenstandes unterliegen. Der Anspruch auf Serviceleis-
tungen durch den Hersteller erlischt durch eine zweck-
entfremdete Nutzung sofort und unwiderruflich.
VERSCHLEISSTEILE:
Kugellager und Kunststoffschrauben können sich durch
eine intensive Nutzung des Gleisbiegegerätes unter Um-
ständen abnutzen. Sollte der Austausch dieser Teile nötig
werden, so erhalten Sie diese Teile auf Nachfrage direkt
bei Firma Massoth Elektronik GmbH.
HERSTELLERHINWEISE:
Wir weisen ausdrücklich darauf hin, dass das zum Patent
angemeldete Gleisbiegegerät kein Spielzeug ist. Es
handelt sich um ein Werkzeug. Durch den funktionsbeding-
ten Aufbau besteht unter Umständen Gefahr des Quet-
schens oder Klemmens. Das Produkt kann funktions- und
fertigungsbedingt scharfe Kanten sowie Kleinteile enthal-
ten. Halten Sie es bitte von Kindern und weiteren mit dem
Umgang ungeübten Personen fern.

LIMITED WARRANTY
Massoth warrants this product against defects in material or
workmanship for one full year from the date of its original
consumer purchase. Wearing parts are not included in this
warranty, since they are usually worn out by the intensive
use of this product. This warranty does not apply to pro-
ducts that have been damaged after purchase, misused or
modified in any way.
WEARING PARTS
Ballbearings and the plastic screws might be worn out with
the time passing, when the Track Bender is used very in-
tensively. If the replacement of these parts is necessary,
please contact the Massoth Elektronik GmbH directly. The
parts will be supplied instantly.
SAFETY ADVICE:
We expressly point out, that this patent pending Track
Bender is no toy. It is a tool for bending flexible tracks. Be-
cause of its function and the mechanics the Track Bender
might cause crimpings or jams to fingers, etc. when not
used correctly. Due to function and manufacture reasons
this product might have sharp and / or small parts that
might cut or that can be swallowed also. Keep this product
away from children and poeple that are not used to work
with this tool.
