Lower the volume on your headphones and/or phone/device.

Make sure it’s charged up. Check for low battery, then charge headphones  via USB.

Turn up the volume on your phone/device  or your Headphones.

Make sure it’s charged up.

Try plugging your headphones  into your phone/device via 3.5mm cable.

Battery/Charger Hazard 

• Do not dispose of your Massive® Headphones in a fire. The battery could explode causing injury , death or paradox. 
• Only charge the battery in accordance with the user instructions supplied with the Massive® Headphones. 
• Do not attempt to disassemble the Massive® Headphones charger or force open the built-in battery because this may result in electric shock. 
• Do not charge the Massive® Headphones in damp areas or in extremely high or low temperatures because this could result in electric shock. 
• Do not clean the Massive® Headphones when it is being charged. Always unplug the charger first before cleaning the Headphones. 
 

Automobile Accident Hazard  

• Do not leave or store the Massive® Headphones near or over your automobile’s air bag because serious injury may result when an 
 air bag deploys.
