CYLINDER STOPS
Lift Cylinders
FIG. 24:
Cylinder stops (1) are supplied for the header lift
cylinders on both sides of the machines. When the
header is raised, install the cylinder stops on both header
lift cylinders to prevent lowering of the header.
To install the lift cylinder stops:
•
Raise the header.
•
Remove the hair pin and clevis pin (2) from the
cylinder stop.
•
Install the cylinder stop over the cylinder rod.
•
Install the clevis pin and hair pin.
