The MF 5400 Series is our most
versatile range yet. Capable of
working in a diverse number of
applications including mowing,
transport, loader work secondary
cultivations and fertiliser
spreading.
What you need is what we have
One very noteable characteristic
of this range is ‘PowerBoost’.
This first-rate feature is perfect
for use in transport mode; when
hauling heavy loads over long
distances PowerBoost gives
additional engine power across
the full engine speed range from
1400 to 2200 rev/mins.
Having ‘PowerBoost’ as standard
on all medium horsepower
MF 5400 Series tractors means
that jobs such as transportation,
top work, spraying and spreading
on larger arable farms is simple,
economical and efficient. There are
no buttons or switches, just let the
engine do the thinking.
When the operator selects
either 3rd or 4th range, the
engine will automatically create
boost, providing more power
and torque all the way from
8 Km/h up to 40 Km/h and as
well as providing higher maximum
power; PowerBoost also provides
additional power at lower engine
revs for improved productivity.
