Reliable, economical engines
MF 1500 models are powered
by fuel-efficient, 3 and 4 cylinder
engines. Their torque
characteristics have been
specifically designed to achieve
optimum productivity
and simple operation.
Ease of access for servicing and
maintenance is assured, thanks to
the one-piece lift-up bonnet and
removable side panels.
All four tractors in the range are
equipped with selectable 4-wheel
drive for improved traction
and manoeuvrability.

mechanical shuttle transmission
Reliability goes hand-in-hand
with smooth operation, with gear
and range selection controlled
by a simple clutch pedal and two
levers. Synchronized gear changes
make for more effective operation
at speeds between 0.37km/h
and 30km/h, with a synchronized
shuttle ensuring quick and efficient
forward/reverse manoeuvres.
Reverse speeds are approximately
95 per cent of the corresponding
forward speed.

mechanical transmission
An exceptionally easy transmission
to use. The ‘9x3’ features two
levers with sequential shift
patterns. Conveniently located
for left hand use, the levers are
moved in straight lines in order
to select the required gear. One
lever controls the range, high-
intermediate-low, while the second
lever allows you to select reverse
by pulling backwards from neutral;
or 1, 2 or 3 by pushing forwards
from neutral. All changes require
use of the clutch which is light and
easy-to-use.
