Usage instruction:

After pulling up the upper arm massager, there will be a screw that will allow you to 
adjust 3 sets of position. Users may adjust the position according to height. It is advised
 to slightly move the upper arm massager back and forth for a better extension.The 
adjusting ways will be the same for both left and right upper arm massager.
