SETTING UP THE LOG SPLITTER

It may be helpful to familiarize yourself with the controls and features of your KINETIC LOG SPLITTER as shown in Figure 1 before beginning these 
procedures. If you have any questions at all, please feel free to contact us your local dealer.

NOTE

* The 5 & 8 ton splitting force relate to these being an equivalent to hydraulic log splitters.
* The diameter listed is indicative of the maximum suggested size. A small log can be difficult to split when it contains knots or a particularly tough fiber. 
On the other hand, it may not be difficult to split logs with regular fibers even if its diameter exceeds the maximum indicated above.
* Hard wood requires more force to split even if the diameter is less than the mazimum size.
* Do not force the log splitter if you are experiencing any of the above conditions
* These log splitters are designed to operate on 240 volt AC power, if you wish to use a generator, it must have suitable start up and continuous power 
supply. Consult a professional before purchasing or hiring a generator.
