Before Starting
remain active for up to 10 minutes
after the ignition device is cycled to
the
OFF
position. Opening either
front door will cancel this function, it
is possible to set the timing of this
function.

Instruments and Controls” for further
information.
WARNING!
•
When leaving the vehicle, always
remove the key fob and lock your
vehicle.
•
Never leave children alone in
a vehicle, or with access to an
unlocked vehicle.
•
Do not allow children to be in a
vehicle unattended. A child or others
could be seriously or fatally injured.
Do not allow children to touch the
parking brake switch.
•
Do not leave the key fob in or near
the vehicle, and do not leave the
ignition device in the ACC or RUN
mode. A child could operate power
windows, other controls, or move
the vehicle.
•
Do not leave children or animals
inside parked vehicles in hot
weather. Interior heat build-up may
cause serious injury or death.
•
An unlocked car is an invitation
to thieves. Always remove the
key fob from vehicle, cycle the
ignition device to OFF and lock all
doors when leaving the vehicle
unattended.
WARNING!
•
Do not ingest battery, chemical
burn hazard. This product contains
a coin/button cell battery. If the
coin/button is swallowed, it can be
cause severe internal burns in just 2
hours and can lead to death.
•
Keep new and used batteries
away from children. If the battery
compartment does not close
securely, stop using the product and
keep it away from children. If you
think batteries might have been
swallowed or placed inside any part
of the body, seek immediate medical
attention.
Illuminated Entry/Exit
Lights will turn on and off when you
enter/exit the vehicle and operate the
buttons on the key fob and/or on the
“Passive Entry” system as follows:
• If the unlock command is enabled by
pressing the specific
button on
the key fob or by the “Passive Entry”
system, the “illuminated entry” mode
will activate. Courtesy & dimmable
internal lighting, night front seats
