Repair Instructions
LPG Control Module Removal and Installation
(Bi-Fuel LPG Model)

CAUTION
!
As LPG control module consists of precision
parts, be careful not to expose it to excessive
shock.
Removal
1) Disconnect negative (–) cable from battery.
2) Disconnect connectors from LPG control module.
3) Remove nuts (2) and bolt (3) and then remove LPG
control module with its bracket (1).
4) Remove LPG control module from its bracket.
Installation
Reverse removal procedure.
HO2S On-Vehicle Inspection

WARNING
!
To avoid danger of being burned, do not
touch exhaust system when system is hot.
HO2S inspection should be performed when
system is cool.
HO2S Circuit Insulation Check
1) Disconnect connector from HO2S with ignition
switch turned OFF.
2) Using ohmmeter, check the following circuits of
HO2S for insulation. If faulty condition is found,
replace HO2S.
)
• Resistance between HO2S signal circuit terminal
“2” and each of terminals “3” and “4” is infinity.
• Resistance between HO2S ground circuit terminal
“1” and each of terminals “3” and “4” is infinity.
• Resistance between HO2S signal circuit terminal
“2” or ground circuit terminal “1” and HO2S body
(2) is infinity.
• Resistance between HO2S heater power supply
circuit terminal “4” or control circuit terminal “3”
and HO2S body (2) is infinity.
