Switching the Scale on/off
To switch the V-25 on, press
ON/OFF/TARE
.
The scale will first show its last recorded weight.
When the scale shows a line of zeros, it is ready to use.
To switch the V-25 off, press and hold
ON/OFF/TARE
for three seconds.
Using the Tare function
The Tare function allows you to remove unwanted weight from the display, such as
a small cage.
Place the object on the scale and press
ON/OFF/TARE
. The scale will process the
added weight, display the weight recorded in the memory and display 0:0.0.
Place your pet on the scale, and only the weight of the pet will be displayed.
Alternatively, start by pressing the
ON/OFF/TARE
button, place the object on the
scale and press
ON/OFF/TARE
. Place your pet on the scale and only the pet’s
weight will be displayed.
Using the Memory function
With the scale at zero, place the pet on the scale and the weight will be displayed.
Push the
HOLD
button to hold the weight, this will then be recorded to the scale’s
memory.
The scale will then compare the newly recorded weight to the previous recorded
weight reading, and display whether the new reading is ‘up’ or ‘down’ on the
original.
