Re-assembling the Bottle
Before you begin
For this task you need the following tools:
Allen keys:

4 mm
•
2 mm
O-ring lubricant
(Molykote 55
o-ring grease)
Thread locker
(Loctite 425)
Procedure
1. Put back the end cap or transducer.
a. Place the end cap or transducer in the orientation
shown and pass the wires through the opening in the
end of the bottle.
b. Put a new desiccant bag inside the bottle to absorb
moisture.
c. Apply Molykote grease to new o-rings for the M6
screws fixing the end cap or transducer and place
them inside the cavity.
d. Apply thread locker to the threads of the M6 screws.
e. Align the cap and bottle, then install the screws.
f. Tighten the screws using a 4 mm Allen key.
Note:
Torque each screw to 80 in-lbs / 9 N-m.
