Instruction for Use 

Install Protective Cover and Grinding Wheels.

Make a trial run for at least 30 seconds with no load. 

Observe the direction of rotation. 

Always hold the device so that the sparks or dust fly away from 
your body. 

Always switch the device off and be sure it is completely 
stopped before you put it down. 

Remove the battery pack. 

Loosen or alternatively tighten the protective cover with a 
Phillips screwdriver. 

When working with the grinding and cutting wheels, the 
protective cover must always be mounted. The protective 
cover should only be removed when working with sand paper 
wheels or polishing heads that are mounted on suitable disc 
wheels. 

Press in the spindle locking button (2) on the upper side of the 
device or lock the spindle with a flat wrench.

Loosen the clamping nut with the wrench that is provided and 
change the grinding or cutting wheel. 

Put the clamping nut on correctly.

For a grinding wheel, the flange of the clamping nut must point 
in the direction of the wheel. 

For a cutting wheel, the flange must point away from the wheel. 

Mount the protective cover.

Using the Angle Grinder 

Push the battery (6) into the bottom of the Angle Grinder body 
until it clicks into position.
