Note that in this photo, the ProNav and propeller are lined up, and the ProNav
cord is run through the “springy” cord of the
Minn Kota
Assemble the frame and deck (

The frame will come in a bundle with a bungee holding the collapsed segments. Undo this
bungee and use the labels on the frame (marking port/starboard, front/transom) to
assemble these pieces.

You will have a bag of 6 bolts with wing nuts. Take the deck with the Minn Kota already
mounted and place it on top of the frame with the holes lined up. The front edge of plastic
will hit the front edge of the frame.

Push the bolts through the holes in the deck and frame. Place the wing nuts on the bottom
of the frame (bolts facing down). Make sure that these are as
tight as possible
Inflate the pontoons (

You will use the same battery to inflate the pontoons that you use to power the MarkSetBot
-
The air compressor will have a red and a black cord, along with clamps on each end.
Connect these colored cords to their corresponding terminals on the lithium-ion battery

Attach the air compressor tube to the “out” connection on the air compressor
. This will
have a little arrow pointing away from the compressor

The compressor is preset to inflate the pontoons to 19 kPa. Do not change this setting

Each tube has a valve that the compressor twists into. Twist the compressor tube into the
valve and press the “power” button on the compressor
