The battery pack has an estimated life of 300–500 charge–discharge cycles,
depending on use. The table below shows the estimated battery life based on
usage level.

5.2
Pump filter
A 10 μm nylon air inlet pump filter protects the pump assembly from dirt. Under
normal operating conditions, the pump filter should be changed after approximately
six months or 250 hours of operation, or when needed.
CAUTION
Failure to change the filter as it becomes dirty will decrease the pump’s
back-pressure capability and performance range.
To change the pump filter, follow the instructions below:

Blow all dust and debris from around the pump filter

Grasp the knurled edge of the pump filter and rotate anticlockwise.
■
Check the new pump filter to make sure that the sealing O-ring is present on the
internal boss.
■
Install the new pump filter onto the pump,
rotating the knurled edge clockwise
(Figure 6).
CAUTION
Do not overtighten the pump filter.
