The Video Amphenol Connector is a MIL-DTL-38999 Series 
I Connector. See Table 2.

•  End User supplies Video Cable 
•  13-Pin Connector pin-out is listed in Table 2
•  Line up with Connector # 2 in Figure 6
•  Add a twist to lock.
