Resistance Peg 

Attach Resistance Bands (purchased by user, not included with MWM-8070) to the Resistance 
band anchor (#14) on one side of the Cage. Attach the other end to barbell. Repeat same step to 
install the other Resistance Band. 

Ensure the Resistance bands are firmly attached to barbell to avoid possible injury.
