picture quality and flexibility. For 2005, the VP-12S4 has a new video
processing section, the first of its kind, and offers a level of deinterlacing and
scaling of even high definition sources that was previously reserved for
processors that cost as much as some folks’ entire systems. This new chip was

co-developed by Marantz and a company called Gennum
