TROUBLE SHOOTING
1. OLED dose not light
Check Reset signal for Main μ-com.
MAIN PCB
• IC112 : 19 pin RESET
"Hi" level O.K.?
Check Oscillation waveform.
MAIN PCB
• IC112 : 20 pin
12MHz OK?
Check Power Supply Voltages for OLED.
MAIN PCB
• CP103 : 11 pin +18V_OLED
• FPC104 : 10 pin, 12 pin +16V_OLED
• FPC104 : 8 pin +3.3V_OLED
Check Power Supply Voltages for SMPS.
Check the following voltages when the unit is connected to the AC
power supply.
SMPS PCB
• CN221 : 1 pin Pulse signal of 50 or 60 Hz of 4 V(P-P)
• CN221 : 9 pin 5 V
• CN221 : 11 pin 20 V
If these voltages are not output, a fault may have occurred in the
SMPS PCB. Furthermore, the voltages of pins within CN221 other than
those listed above are only output when the power is ON.
Check Power Supply Voltages for System μ-com.
MAIN PCB
• +STBY 5 V CP103 : 9 pin
Check Drive Signals for OLED.
DISPLAY PCB
• FPC1 : D0 to D7, EL_RD, EL_RW, EL_DC, EL_CS, EL_RST
END
Check Soldering or replace for the following parts.
• CP103 : 9 pin
• SMPS PCB
Check Soldering or replace for the following parts.
• IC112, IC117
Check Soldering or replace for the following parts.
• X102 on MAIN PCB
Check Soldering or replace for the following parts.
• IC114 on MAIN PCB
• FPC104 on MAIN PCB
• FPC1 on DISPLAY PCB
• FPC2 on DISPLAY PCB
Replace the SMPS PCB.
Check Soldering or replace for the following parts.
• IC112 on MAIN PCB
• IC116 on MAIN PCB
• Q133 on MAIN PCB
• FPC1 on DISPLAY PCB
