VCR command
Major VCR command is below.
They are used in 11 bytes included ID number of controlled device and check sum data.
Parameters that is shown as 'xxh' in the table and return data of each command are specified in the
explanation under the table.

20h: SP(STD), 21h: LP(LS2), 22h: EP(LS3), 24h: SEP(LS5), 26h: (LS7), 30h: (HS)
*3: Recording mode is set by the paramerer below.
20h: normal VHS, 21h: S-VHS, 22h: D-VHS
